Bedrooms are carpeted in a neutral, warm beige with the rest of the flooring in oversized beige tile. The master bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV. The adjoining master bath has a new counter height, double sink vanity with full shower. The guest bedroom has twin beds, and the guest bathroom has a full tub with shower along with a new counter height single sink vanity.
The kitchen has new cabinets with granite tile countertops and high-end stainless appliances. The washer and dryer are behind double doors, and the kitchen has a desk comfortable for two with wireless Internet access.
The living room comfortably seats six and has a flat screen TV, DVD/VCR, and stereo. The dining room comfortably seats four but can seat six.
All utilities are included. Green Valley Recreation tenant passes may be purchased for access to the twelve nearby recreation facilities -- one is less than a 10 minute walk
